Training Overview: Before the restaurant opens, franchisees must complete the franchisee training program. The training program takes place in Miami, Florida or other locations indicated by the franchisee. Restaurant training is provided in various restaurants approved as training restaurants. The franchisor may need additional training programs for owners/operators or individual managers in order to implement current operations, standards and procedures and facilitate the franchisee`s growth and changes. The franchisee also provides managers with regular workshops and seminars and sometimes requires them, which include management courses and updating operational capabilities. The franchisor will assist in the opening and opening of restaurants if it deems it appropriate. The franchisor also offers continuing education programs in which franchisees must participate (as operational partners, general manager, operations manager or managing owner, depending on applicability). For some training, franchisees must pay course or material fees to the franchisee or third parties. The franchisor may at any time make changes and revisions to the training program, locations or materials. Dublin–(BUSINESS WIRE)-Research and Markets has announced the inclusion of the Burger King Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in its offering. NOTE: FDD pages are provided for informational purposes only. This is an overview of what is in the full document that must be given by the franchise to the potential franchisee – and whose receipt between the parties must be formally certified by a notary.

If you are interested in getting in touch with a franchise, please consult our offers via the “Industry” pages accessible via the drop-down menu above. Obligations and restrictions: The requirements for personal participation in the operation of the business differ for the two types of ownership, which is reflected in the forms of franchise agreements used in them. Franchisees may only use the restaurant for the operation of a Burger King restaurant and must open the restaurant during the minimum hours and days and maintain it in normal operation, as indicated in writing in the franchise agreement or by other means. Franchisees must operate and deliver the restaurant if the franchisee authorizes the franchisee to provide delivery services in strict accordance with the methods, standards and specifications it imposes in writing in the manual or elsewhere. . . .
